CWA NJ Executive Branch Employee Contract Ratification Voting Instructions

The polls are now open for the Contract Ratification Vote and will remain open until 1:00PM EST on June 5th 2012. It takes less than 5 minutes to vote.

You have received or you will receive a mailed envelope with Voting Instructions. Please be alert for this letter – it will give you everything you need to vote.  The packet will also contain a Final Bargaining Report and a letter from the Bargaining Committee. You can find a copy of that material by clicking here:

The ratification is being conducted by electronic ballot using the telephone or the internet through the Ballot Point election services.

To vote you will need Voting Credentials – a voter ID and a PIN number.  For most members, the Voter ID will be

the last 6 digits of the member’s social security number + the member’s local number

In addition, you will need a PIN.  Your pin will be the first 5 digits of your zip code we have on file.

The Contract Ratification letter will contain these credentials.

However you can also use the information provided on this page to determine your own Voter ID and your PIN.

Once you enter these numbers into the system by phone or internet, you will be logged in, and you will be prompted to select a new secret PIN for yourself that no one else will know, so be sure to use something you can easily remember. Pins must be between 4 and 16 digits long and you can only use numbers.

At this point you will be able to vote.
