WOODBRIDGE, NJ --  New Jersey’s largest union representing public workers responded today to Gov. Christie’s irresponsible budget, which would impose major cuts to services New Jerseyans rely on without asking the wealthy to pay their fair share in taxes.  Hetty Rosenstein, state director for the Communications Workers of America, said:
